Hi Siona, I'd suggest waiting until the release next week. In the release you will be able to calculate fields with Arcade in addition to SQL. I'd suggest calculating the fields as new fields so you can use them for further calculations. -Kelly

For most basemap layers, the labels are included as a separate layer. If there is only one layer, the labels won't be removable. Light gray and dark gray basemaps have removable label layers. To remove them, expand the basemap layer, remove the labels and save the web map. When you add your own label layer, add the layer to the basemap and set it as a reference layer so the labels draw above features. Here is some helpful documentation: Choose basemap—ArcGIS Online Help | ArcGIS -Kelly

Hi Chris, Do you want the users to be able to edit layers or update items like web maps and web apps? The update items capability is a potentially powerful setting that can override editing capabilities for all items in a group. For that reason, we don't allow this setting to be changed after the group is created. If you need to coordinate updating items, you will need to create a new group. If you are looking to just have users edit data through an application, try sharing an editable layer with a group without update capabilities. You will be able to collaborate on the data without needing to change the group settings. -Kelly

Hi Lauren, In order to share content privately, users require an ArcGIS Online organization account. Members can either be a member of your organization or another organization. Sharing and Collaboration across ArcGIS Online Organizations If you want the members to be a member of your organization, you can create a custom role that doesn't allow for users to view organization content. This way the members can see what is shared with them, but not other content in the organization. Check out the contractor role in this blog: The Author, Contractor and some Managers: A Tale of Roles and Privileges Thanks, Kelly

I've never seen this before, but it looks like a browser issue. Are you using an organizational account or a public account? Are you accessing map viewer via http or https? -Kelly

Hi Royce, Your webmap contains two layers that are subscriber content. This means that you need to sign in in order to see the content or create a proxy for the layers. As there is a prompt for login, this is causing the issue that you are seeing when you embed the map. I'd suggest creating the minimalist application. This has the same functionality and look as the embed, but includes a prompt to automatically proxy premium layers. https://www.arcgis.com/home/item.html?id=50aaf4ec408f4675bc9f30e68441e8f8 I see that you are also using the sentinel layer. This also requires a proxy, but due to a bug you won't be prompted in the app. This will be fixed next week, so you can either remove the sentinel layer, or create a proxy at the item level by following the steps to add a secure layer, and saving your arcgis online credentials: ArcGIS Server web services—ArcGIS Online Help | ArcGIS -Kelly

I'd suggest getting in touch with tech support or customer service. I would suggest verifying that the licenses have been provisioned to your organization with customer service. They can then get you over to tech support if they can't address the issue. -Kelly

Hi Guus, This will be addressed in the next version of ArcGIS Enterprise. It also is planned to be included in a patch, I believe you have followed up with your distributor, and would encourage you to connect with them for updates. -Kelly

Hi Derrick, Thanks for reaching out. This is feedback that we receive and are actively working on. There are unfortunately some technical limitations with the current map viewer code which will require a full migration. We plan to include this functionality in the next version of Map Viewer which is targeted for release in 2019. -Kelly
