HI Cheryl, How do you want to display the image in the Map Viewer? Do you want to show the image in a pop up or would you like it to be located on the map? Generally in order to see an image, it will need to be uploaded in order to get a URL. You can do this by uploading the image to any webserver that provides a URL that can be accessed by ArcGIS Online. Additionally, you can add images to specific features from your feature service through attachments and configure the pop ups to display the images. Here is some documentation regarding methods to add images to pop ups: Configure pop-ups—ArcGIS Online Help | ArcGIS Cheers, Kelly

Hi Jessica, Have you published the uploaded geodatabase into a Feature Service? In order to access the uploaded data it will need to be published as a feature layer, which can then be viewed in the map viewer. This documentation: Publish features—ArcGIS Online Help | ArcGIS explains the publishing workflow for geodatabases added to 'My Content' directly. Publishing the geodatabase to online through ArcMap will also result in a feature layer being published. After the feature layer is published, you can add the layer to the web map. Cheers, Kelly

Hi Charlie, Does this issue happen if you navigate from ArcGIS Online to the web dashboard or when you navigate directly to the URL? I am unable to reproduce this issue based on a few tests in my organization. I would recommend contacting technical support so that they can look into this specific case a little more closely to identify if this may be a defect. Thanks, Kelly

Hi Will, In order to interact with a feature layer in ArcGIS Online, you will need to publish a hosted feature service, if you have an subscription to ArcGIS Onlne. Once the feature service is published, you will be able to add the layer to web maps, in a similar fashion to how you would use a feature class in ArcMap. Let me know if you have more questions, Kelly

Hi Tim, To edit the attributes of a layer, ensure that you have either Add, update, and delete features or update feature attributes only set as the editing level on the item details page. To edit only the attributes, open the feature service in the map viewer and click the feature that you would like to update. There will be an edit option available in the pop up. Click on Edit and then update the attributes as necessary. -Kelly
