When creating a new layout in Pro 2.4.2 I am finding that the rulers won't show tick marks for any of the divisions of an inch, just the inch marks. I am then only able to place guides on the inch marks. I can get a more defined ruler if I copy an existing layout that has fractional tick marks. Can anybody duplicate that or is it just me? Mark, The public notification app grabs the information from the popup, which does allow newline formatting. I'm thinking the process between popup to pdf doesn't handle the newline formatting. I think I'm going to download the source code and see if I can't see where it is falling apart. Jeff

Mark, Here is my expression. It works fine when I click on a property, but the output doesn't work in the application. If(IsEmpty($feature.ADDRESS2) && IsEmpty($feature.INCAREOF)) { return $feature.OWNERNME1 + TextFormatting.NewLine + $feature.PSTLADDRESS + TextFormatting.NewLine + $feature.PSTLCITY + " " + $feature.PSTLSTATE + " " + $feature.ZIP } If(IsEmpty($feature.ADDRESS2) && !IsEmpty($feature.INCAREOF)) { return $feature.OWNERNME1 + TextFormatting.NewLine + $feature.INCAREOF + TextFormatting.NewLine + $feature.PSTLADDRESS + TextFormatting.NewLine + $feature.PSTLCITY + " " + $feature.PSTLSTATE + " " + $feature.ZIP } If(!IsEmpty($feature.ADDRESS2) && IsEmpty($feature.INCAREOF)) { return $feature.OWNERNME1 + TextFormatting.NewLine + $feature.PSTLADDRESS + TextFormatting.NewLine + $feature.ADDRESS2 + TextFormatting.NewLine + $feature.PSTLCITY + " " + $feature.PSTLSTATE + " " + $feature.ZIP } If(!IsEmpty($feature.ADDRESS2) && !IsEmpty($feature.INCAREOF)) { return $feature.OWNERNME1 + TextFormatting.NewLine + $feature.INCAREOF + TextFormatting.NewLine + $feature.PSTLADDRESS + TextFormatting.NewLine + $feature.ADDRESS2 + TextFormatting.NewLine + $feature.PSTLCITY + " " + $feature.PSTLSTATE + " " + $feature.ZIP }

Could you select the polygon and construct a single line that covers your multipart line and traverses through non selected polygons (Through the Ra soil type polygons in your example)?

I am implementing the Public Notification application in our county. I have deployed it using the solutions deployment tool, I have added fields required by our situation (ADDRESS2, INCAREOF, COUNTRY) and I have configured the popup to show that information. I used an arcade expression that uses some conditional statements based on the contents of ADDRESS2 and INCAREOF - I skip those lines if those fields are blank. But when I create labels based off of the popup, it returns all of the text on a single line. I am assuming the application is looking for a newline character that the custom popup dialog spits out instead of the Arcade "TextFormatting.NewLine". Does anyone know what I could put in my Arcade expression to mimic that newline character? Thanks,

I noticed today that they have done this in ArcGIS Pro. It told me why my save button was grayed out when modifying a field.

Chris, Thanks for the reply, an enhancement would be great. I guess I wasn't very clear in my post, but when I was referring to tangent bearings, I meant tangent bearings as a parameter for non-tangent curves. We very often have descriptions that use non-tangent curve parameters other than chord bearings. Here is an example of a description that has two non-tangent curves with radial bearings for their parameters. The tricky thing with this description is you don't have an outgoing tangent bearing that would help you by coming around from the back end of the traverse. It would be nice if the entry grid for the Parcel Drafter functioned like the Parcel Fabric entry grid. I'm not asking for much am I? Thanks,

Chris Buscaglia - Any idea when radial bearings and tangent bearings will be supported? We are trying to implement this in a workflow in our recorder's office and many times we have a non-tangent curve that references the radial bearing instead of the chord bearing.

Phil, I'm running into this problem as well. I have gone through all of my records in the CSV and taken out any that contain commas. I have also taken out any special characters and it still won't auto-fill. Thanks, Jeff

I still wonder about a spelling problem. We are returning to 19th century spellers, relying too heavily on spellcheck.

I am upgrading our ArcGIS Server on a new virtualized machine and I thought I would install all of the components to ArcGIS Enterprise at the same time. I am installing everything on a single machine but we use a proxy server in the DMZ. I have a few questions about the process and where different components go. Do I need the security certificate to go on the proxy server or the server with ArcGIS Server and Portal? The only things to go on the proxy server are the two web adaptors, correct? Is there a specific order to install the components? Can I use the Enterprise Builder but uninstall the web adaptors and then install them on the proxy server? Thanks for any input.
