Hi Ulises, Does you map document used to create the service have a visible range for certain scales? If you look at the service properties, do you have it set to use the ArcGIS Online tiling scheme and scales?

Hi Motasem, Have you tried closing all Esri appications, re-naming the ESRI folder, then re-starting ArcMap? Sounds like something could just be buggy with the settings of the install. C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\ESRI

Hi John, This is the way I use XRay: Select the geodatabase you want to export the information for and hit the button highlighted below. I find the GIS Datasets and GIS Domains output the most useful.

XRay is what I use as well. It provides a very detailed output of all feature classes, subtypes, domains, feature datasets, and their relationships. It's very handy and is quick to use.

Hi Ben, I believe since at least 10.1 you can open the Data Frame properties, go to the coordinate system tab, right-click the projection you want and choose "Copy and Modify". Here, you can re-name the projection and alter the Central Meridian property to 180.

You could create a counter parameter at the beginning of the script: counter = 0 Then enter the For loop. At the bottom of the loop, increase the counter. If the counter is equal to 0 then don't compare. If the counter is greater than 0, compare the values: column = "name"
cursor = arcpy.SearchCursor(table)
counter = 0
for row in cursor:
n = row.getValue(column)
if counter > 0:
### Compare n and oldN in here
oldN = n
counter = counter + 1
print(row.getValue(column))

Hi Zdeněk, At the end of the for statement, can you make a new parameter (called oldN or something) to store the value from the loop. Then the next time the loop occurs compare n to oldN before the oldN parameter is reset at the end of the loop.

Hi Bryson, What version of Web Adaptor and Portal are you using? Both should be at the same version. Could this be part of the problem?

Hi Markus, To my knowledge, you cannot leverage web-tier authentication without the use of Web Adaptor. Hi Yang, This is what it will look like with locks - in which case you can try stopping the service and manually deleting the lock files. As you have shown, this may not be the case. To access the status.gdb - navigate through windows explorer to your cache files (arcgisserver/directories/arcgiscache/servicename/Layers). Copy the Status.gdb file to your desktop (or a location other than within the service files). Open ArcMap, and navigate to the geodatabase. There should be a Task Status feature class - within this there will be records of bundle names that have or have not completed successfully. When you find the record(s) that did not complete successfully at scale 4573.988705, use that bundle name to search for and delete it in windows explorer. Re-create this bundle by caching it again. Just keep in mind that deleting the bundle will delete a bigger cache extent than just a tile.

Do you have any locks on the bundles at that scale? I would check there first. Additionally, you could check the status.gdb to see if there is particular bundle that errored while caching (this may have not supplied an error message through the GP tool). If you can determine the problematic bundle, i would delete it through Windows Explorer, and re-cache that bundle extent. Then export after this.
