What version of Pro are you working in? Is this an enterprise geodatabase? If so is it Oracle, SQL Server, other? Is the data in all standalone feature classes and table or in feature datasets or combination?

I have just installed ArcGIS Pro 2.9 and I would like to use Concurrent Use licensing. My License Manager is currently at 2021.0, but I don't believe this LM version supports Pro 2.9 as per the error message I received when trying to set up the concurrent use LM on my desktop. My ESRI only shows LM 2021.0 available, but I need to upgrade my LM to 2021.1. When will LM 2021.1 be available in MyESRI downloads?

What type of ArcSOC services are problematic to kill (e.g. mapservices, geoprocessing services, geocoding services)? Are you having issues with services that require you to kill them as opposed to stopping them thru Server Manager?

I am working on testing the rebuild of a composite address locator (both pointaddress role and streetaddress role) in Pro 2.8.3. I used the Rebuild Locator in the Pro project where the address locator was saved into. I received an error message that the Rebuild Locator geoprocess failed and the composite address locator was no longer in the project. I closed out of the project without saving and then re-opened the project. The composite address locator was back and it appeared that the composite address locator was rebuilt with up-to-date data even though Pro gave me a message that the Rebuild Locator tool failed. Has anyone seen this issue occur?

So you just need to select a Windows folder where the shapefile will be created that will have the same exact name as the file gdb feature class. As such select a folder and do not click into the folder.

Try using ArcCatalog as a file geodatabase (gdb) is just a collection of files when looking at it in Windows Explorer.
