How about scale dependency on that contour layer?  Do you allow endusers to visualize the contours at all scales? Do you have multiple sets of contours where at smallest scales you could have 10 ft contours, medium scales 2 or 5 ft contours and then at the largest scales you would have 1 ft contours? ... Since it looks like you are hitting a bug, can you create a new feature class with all needed fields including date fields and then create a model or python script to truncate and append new records to this feature class.  I would recommend a workaround at this point as you have no idea when ESRI will fix this bug so you have control with a workaround. ... Ciara: At my org, we have found some polyline feature layers in AGOL do not get successfully exported to a file gdb.  The problematic polyline feature layers do not have any attachments. I would try to simplify the feature layers as much as possible to see if you can get the export to work and then go step by step make the feature layer more complicated until you find the root cause. ... Just as a comparison for performance could you create a file gdb that registered with ArcGIS Server and perform a parallel daily truncate and append of the updated SDE feature classes to the file gdb.  It is very important that you use the Truncate Table tool with this workflow. ... View more

The caveat to renaming folders to solve this issue, is that other ArcGIS Pro settings such as other dialog box locations that are ok will also revert back to default locations so you will need to fix those dialog boxes as well. ... View more
