How could I specify the output raster's origin, while using Tin to Raster Tool?

If you are using Arctoolbox, the Environments tab in the bottom right of the tool will have options to set analysis properties

in the help file on Tin to Raster you can specify the extent which obviously you can determine the origin from those coordinates
Thank you, but when I open the "TIN to Raster" tool there is no option to specify the extent.
