if it is an esri grid, they often fail with spaces in the grid name or path name.  Try a different location for the raster on your local machine

The filepath of your dataset is not valid (for storing geospatial dataset).

Please store your input/output data in a short and simple path (No Space, special characters or accented characters). Don't store your data on Desktop or Documents or Dropbox folders.

Keep it in a simple path on your local drive. e.g. C:\Data\DEM_90M/aggr250ml.tif

Thank you for suggestion. I try it but still not working.  I download  the DEM data  I used from STRM. Is this DEM is not ESRI grid ?
