I have built a model with 4 parameters.
The model runs fine if I run it from within Model builder.
However, if I try to run the model from a standard tool window I get an error message (see attached). All the parameters entered are identical to those I have entered in the model builder window.
The tool starts by creating a file geodatabase into a folder location defined by one of the parameters.
A number of the intermediate datasets are also used to feed into tools later on in the model.
The error message I get when I try to run the tool using the tool front end (rather than from within model builder) is essentially telling me that the geodatabase (which the tool creates 1st) and all these intermediate datasets don't exist, so it seems like it is checking for all the data before it starts to run.
Am I missing something here? Why does the tool run from within model builder but not from the tool front end?
