measuring distance between lines

Hello

I am using ArcGis Pro and I need to calculate the width of a street from property line to property line. I have the property lines layer- and I hope I can use it to find the shortest distance between property lines of a street for each segment of the street.

the only extension  I have is the spatial analyst, if needed I can use network analysis too..
