Hi People
New to GIS, doing an exercise and I cant seem to find the Feature toolset under ArcToolbox window, Data Management Tools, Projections and Transformations. I am running 10.2.2. When I right click on Projections and Transformations New and add are available but the rest is grayed out (Toolset and Model). Please let me know what I can do.
