Hi! I'm using ArcGIS 9.3 for the past few weeks now. Three days ago, I always get the message "ERROR 999998: Unexpected Error. Failed to execute (Fill)", or insert any other procees in this case, whenever I try to do something. Before that, I've had no problems with it. I don't know why it appeared in the first place. I've read and tried several suggestions on this but I can't seem to make them work. I already tried un-installing and re-installing ArcGIS but the same message keeps on appearing. Any idea on what to do?
I'm using Windows 8 by the way.
