Spring into projects: Tables of data

In preparing for the spring and an opportunity to get outside and do projects, let's take a moment to review one of the most fundamental data structures in GIS - the table.  In fact, to keep things familiar we'll use a Google Sheet that you or your students can edit and then show the data in a map.
