Operations Dashboard on Surface?

Is it possible to build/edit an ops dashboard on a Surface 2? Below is screenshot of OS info for my Surface.

Or is there a way to do it on an Apple OS/iOS that I have missed?

Other than that you may have some problems because of your processor. Might be a little slow/buggy. You could try it out though and uninstall later. I have it running smoothly on a Surface Pro 4.
