Multiple or Shared Accounts

My development team is looking to use Esri and some of the different SDKs. The question is, there is another development team at my business that has their own developer account, api keys, etc. Is it required for us to share these developer accounts between all the different teams? I have searched through some of the policies but I haven't seen anything that is explicit about this circumstance.

This is noted in the Master services agreement https://www.esri.com/content/dam/esrisites/en-us/media/legal/ma-full/ma-full.pdf section 2.5, but accounts are not to be shared.

Your development team can sign up for an ArcGIS Online organization (or use an existing one) and create multiple accounts for your developers and share items and developer credentials. Or you can sign up for ArcGIS Location Platform, but at the moment this type of account can only support a single developer. Support for multiple users sharing content is a feature planned for a future release.
