To link Microsoft Access Table

Hi all,

I would like to join the information from .accdb file which included several tables.

There is always other way around it which you can export out .dbf table and join with unique identifier.

I want to have direct access from that table which I want to make it dynamic.

.accdb file is the database that individual staff will be inputting information everyday.

Back in the day using using 9.0 has no problem but now the newer version doesn't allow me the access .accdb table.

I have the same problem. I also read the ArcGIS Help, but I cannot find the command "Add OLE DB Connection" or the "ArcCatalog" (except via the menu bar) respectively. The Catalog only shows "Add Database Connection"..

Could anybody tell me more about this?

Hi Katrin,

You will need to open ArcCatalog by going to Start > Programs > ArcGIS.  You will then be able to add the 'Add OLE DB Connection' there.
