I am trying to create a blog but I don't an option in forums.

I also checked my summary of my activity. I have posted some questions but I don't see them in my summary.
Does the activity summary take time to update?

Hi @DanPatterson,

Thanks for the clarification. I thought that I am missing something.

What about my 2nd part of the question?
How do I submit a Question? or Reviews posted.
I have submitted questions, but it still shows zero. It might that these metrics are not updating correctly or missing something.

Hi @VenkataKondepati, Dan has provided some good information and I'm going to add on what he said. The activity summary is probably confusing because it includes terms and metrics built-in by our platform vendor, which don't precisely match our own naming conventions you'll find throughout Esri Community where we've been able to update them. The metrics bar at the top of your profile is correct and easier to read, but it should reflect information at the bottom. Where you see "Posts" at the top, that number includes all original posts you've published, along with replies and comments = 141 as of this message. At the bottom, this is broken apart into different types of posts and responses. Topics started refers to original Questions you've posted and then Replies covers the messages you've published on Questions. The likely confusing part is that there is a section for "Questions Posted" and "Q&A Comments Posted." These actually refer to a type of Board we don't use in Esri Community, so they should be zero for everyone. If you add up all the relevant numbers among your post types, they equal 141.

Regarding blogging, Dan is right that this is something that only Esri staff and MVPs automatically have role permissions to do. There is a caveat, though, in that we do selectively provide some additional members with Blog Author credentials where they indicate to us that they'd like to contribute articles and the Place Managers in the Board(s) they'd like to post to agree to it. For instance, Esri YPN, Education, and Conservation all have active guest blogger programs where this takes place; however, it does sometimes happen for product blogs as well. If this is something you'd like to explore, please feel encouraged to send our team some more details about the topics and/or products you'd like to blog about so that we can start the conversation: esricommunity@esri.com

skip the metrics at the bottom of the page, a lot of mine show 0 (like questions posted for example)

From your avatar, select My profile, then you can see your activity feed etc (eg ideas posted, general activity etc)

ps

Community Resources - Esri Community

has documents, blog posts etc that will provide more information on Community useage
