Unable to create project In Workforce

I'm currently unable to create a project in Workforce , the process usually stop at 22% and reads one of the two following messages.

1.Unable to create projects :

Read timed out

2.Unable to create projects :

Access to admin resources are not allowed, Ownership needed for 'AddtoDefinition' with table

 If someone can help me with this I will be forever grateful.

Hi Craig,

Unfortunately, no luck after creating a second project. Same error, with the Hosted Feature Layers still being created but the Project itself not showing up.

Henry, are you able to look at the network logs and generate a HAR file in Chrome to try and see the call that is causing the error?

Yes, I was able to generate a HAR file for the Network logs.

From the Network logs alone it looks like there's 4 calls that are getting 502 Responses from our server:

3 are addToDefinition calls

1 is updateDefinition

Any recommendations for what to look for in the HAR file for those errors?
