Workforce Dispatcher Map not honoring View layer

Hi,

I created view of my asset layer that only shows features which have been permitted and I use that as the base of my workforce dispatcher app for creating assignments. I just realized that if you use the batch assignments wiget to select what appears to be an empty patch of land, Workforce is not honoring my view layer and is pulling up features which have not passed permitting yet. I have tested this view in Pro and AGOL and it doesn't show the filtered items in either application. I am pretty well versed in creating view for use in AGOL and collector and I have never seen this issue before. It not a symbology error where i just didn't symbolize the unpermitted features either. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!!

You shouldn't have to, but have you tried applying a filter to that view layer within your dispatcher web map?

Hi Stefani,

This is due to a bug / limitation with the Dispatcher web app. I'd suggest contacting Technical Support to get an issue logged so your incident can be associated with an issue.

I don't have a timeframe on when we could address this - I doubt it will make the December release.
