ArcGIS Work flow manager doesn???t allow run the job other than administrator. I have created a work flow manager USER schema as per documentation provided by ESRI. As per the test scenario there are two users in order to test the scenario. (Administrator and QA/QC user e.g.)
As per the process flow Administrator assigns a job to QA/QC user. USER1(administrator) is able to assign a job to USER2 but to when user2 logs in and tries to run the job as per actual flow, system doesn???t allow to perform the task. Toolbars are disabled. Actual steps are documented in attached document.
