Fetch Network Domains in an Asset Package

In Apply Asset Package Tool, how does the validation work in fetching the Network domains (Structure, Electric, Water, Gas etc.,) from the Asset Package to populate the Domains Filter List. Is there any way I can do this separately outside the tool. Any help would be much appreciated.

It is reading from this workspace domain: AP_Domain_Networks
