Export Rules: Error 160143 Field is not editable.

Hello,

Anytime I attempt to export rules from any of my customer datasets, I receive the following error:

I was using ArcGIS Pro 2.9.1 and then tried again on 2.9.2 without any success. There currently is no documentated solution for this error so I am at a loss.

Make sure the file extension is lower case csv, not CSV.  There is a bug where it is treating CSV as a dbf file
