Error Apply Asset Package

Platform is:
AGE 10.9
ArcGIS PRO 2.9
SAP HANA 2.0 SP5
 
Scenario is related to the usage of apply asset package command to deploy telco Utility Network dataset.
 
Problem  is with the second iteration to append new data on existing dataset already loaded on the ent. geodb.
The command return the below error
