Since yesterday, users are unable to submit a web form that is embedded in ArcGIS Dashboards and get the following error:
Failed to submit. -400 UNKNOWN_ERROR
Not sure if it might be related to any issues related to the latest update.
In case it helps, I can successfully submit any of these web forms using the owner credentials.
Please advise at your earliest convenience.
