When trying publish a survey from web, we get the following error:

Survey123_Error.JPG

We have gone through the schema to make sure there are no duplicate field names, tried recreating the survey, save as, tried publishing from different computers... I made a test survey by just dragging and dropping about 15 questions (without changing default values) and published just fine, so we are able to publish surveys.

We searched the error and there was not a lot of responses, but the ones we did see seemed to have more information after the "message:"

We are using an enterprise portal environment.

Any help is appreciated in advance!

Ryan,

Based on this blog: https://community.esri.com/t5/arcgis-survey123-blog/understanding-the-survey123-website-installer/ba... it seems like there could be some disadvantages with the installed Survey123 Website API that could explain why you are getting that error/issue.

If you are not in a completely disconnected environment and do not have any specific requirements to use the installed website API, I would suggest using the online Survey123 website for your Portal (https://survey123.arcgis.com/?portalUrl=https://portal.domain.com/arcgis) to try to publish your surveys to see if this works.

This may also explain another workaround with configuring Survey123 in the App Launcher of your Portal: https://support.esri.com/en/technical-article/000021099

Hope this helps!
