Hey @BenClark , I would check what Irina said. I have seen where the logs would not generate properly if the disk space is full where ArcGIS Server is installed. Also, were there any authentication changes made to your ArcGIS Server / Portal when you realized the issue started occurring? Does the same issue happen if you use the ArcGIS Server default print service instead of the custom Print template? Please let me know!

@GisNavy Hope all is well. Can you check the Portaladmin > system > properties and is there an entry with "localHttpPort":"80","localHttpsPort":443","portalLocalHostname":.....? The above properties could be causing the issue with portal redirecting and communicating with the DNS alias. If that entry exists, please try the following: 1) Go to https://webadaptor.domain.com/webadaptor/portaladmin > system > properties > update properties > remove everything in the update properties > update. 2) Then click on the update properties again and enter the following: { "WebContextURL": "https://webadaptor.domain.com/myorg"" } We are following the documentation below: https://enterprise.arcgis.com/en/portal/latest/administer/windows/using-a-reverse-proxy-server-with-portal-for-arcgis.htm 3) Sign out and sign back in to make sure that the properties was updated. 4) Go to https://portal.worldwater.today/portal/home > my organization > edit settings > server > add server Please let me know if this helps!

Ryan, Based on this blog: https://community.esri.com/t5/arcgis-survey123-blog/understanding-the-survey123-website-installer/ba-p/899058, it seems like there could be some disadvantages with the installed Survey123 Website API that could explain why you are getting that error/issue. If you are not in a completely disconnected environment and do not have any specific requirements to use the installed website API, I would suggest using the online Survey123 website for your Portal (https://survey123.arcgis.com/?portalUrl=https://portal.domain.com/arcgis) to try to publish your surveys to see if this works. This may also explain another workaround with configuring Survey123 in the App Launcher of your Portal: https://support.esri.com/en/technical-article/000021099 Hope this helps!

I agree with the responses above. Please make sure that the machines and the account running the Portal/Server/DataStore services has permissions to the SHARED_LOCATION.
