Trying to access existing data in the field app using the Inbox, but none of the existing data is showing up.

I downloaded a survey that was originally created in the Web Designer to the Survey123 Connect in order to add additional fields and enable the inbox so we could download the existing data already collected and update the points. When I log in to the app and go to the inbox no data points show up to edit. No sure what could be causing the problem since i dont have any filters set.

Hi Sean

Just to double-check, has the revised survey been downloaded again in the field app since it was updated? Changes to Inbox settings, etc. won't be reflected in the app unless the survey has been downloaded again.

Also, can you see the existing records when viewing the survey data on the Survey123 website (Data tab)?
