It would be useful if when using Survey123 connect or the web browser that we could create folders or visible tags to better organize the surveys based on type, client, etc. Right now I have to scroll through the dozens of surveys and then have to click on some to see what they are due to the names being cut off since we might have the same survey for multiple different clients.

I have created a survey and i want the report to still show all the options as part of the report, but only show a check box in certain locations for the items selected in multiple choice and single choice items. It is not working and I'm not sure if i just am not writing the formula correctly in the report or if there is a step I am missing somewhere. I attached the form and report (the report doesn't have formulas everywhere since i just wanted to see if i could get it to work)

I downloaded a survey that was originally created in the Web Designer to the Survey123 Connect in order to add additional fields and enable the inbox so we could download the existing data already collected and update the points. When I log in to the app and go to the inbox no data points show up to edit. No sure what could be causing the problem since i dont have any filters set.

Thanks all, those seem to provide the best work around. As an organizational use i wish ESRI would allow an easier means of working with other users in the organization, or at least add another setting to allow editing by someone other than the creator for forms.

We are trying to share and edit the created surveys that were created by one user in our organization with another user. Currently when looking at Survey123 Connect, only surveys that the logged on user created appear, we would like to see the surveys created by other users in our organization and copy and edit those surveys at our discretion.

In using Survey123, we have a different login for each of our company offices as part of our organization. How do we make it so each office can look at and edit the designs of the surveys as needed, especially when using Survey123 Connect where only surveys created under my account show up and not surveys from the other accounts in our organization.
