My form was perfectly working from the webapp and it suddenly started giving a "Failed to Submit Error" , at the same time it is still working on the survey123 app(mobile and desktop), noting that 0 changes were made to the form. is there any know solution to this problem? Thank you.

If your form has a repeat in it, it may be affected by https://community.esri.com/thread/220717-issue-using-my-survey-in-browser-works-fine-in-survey123-ph... ; a fix for the issue is planned to be released as soon as is practical.
