After Aug 30, 2018 when I go to use the webform for a survey I have created I get a failed to submit error. I have changed nothing since the last input, is there a change I missed? It still works fine on my tablet. I have tried Firefox, Chrome and IE for input. Survey123 connect is version 3.0.127.
