We have had an issue where my team is unable to add photos to a survey that has been submitted through the app in Survey123 as an offline survey. After collecting some data, they sometimes go back to add additional photos to make the job easier. They usually don't submit until after collecting all of the data, however recently we have had surveys accidentally submitted before they are done with all of the photos. When they go back to edit (which we have turned on), the only thing they are not able to do is add the additional photos in the spots that do not have photos already loaded. I have it set up through Survey123 and not Survey123 Connect.
