Survey123 app and online not syncing

Hello,

I am having an issue with my surveys submitted through the Survey123 app not showing all of the associated data in the fields for each record on Survey123 Online. When I submit a survey on the app, all of the questions are filled out and the survey saved in the outbox. When I view the survey online through the feature layer or through Survey123 online, some of the fields and the data that are filled out on the app are not showing up. This has happened for all of the surveys (over 1000) that have been submitted. Up until recently, the surveys were all showing up correctly. I have not changed anything so I am not sure why the records are not showing up correctly online but are on the app.

If your surveys are in the Outbox that means they have not been submitted. After the surveys have been submitted they should be in the Sent folder (assuming it's enabled). 

In the Outbox on the bottom right there will be a Send option, this will submit all records in the Outbox. After selecting the Send option and they are in the Sent folder are the records still not displaying in the service?

Thank you for getting back to me. I misspoke. When I said Outbox I meant the Sent folder. All of the survey records are in the Sent folder but some of the answers are not populating online. They are however, shown in the surveys that are saved on the phone through the app.

Is the feature service that Survey123 submitting to in ArcGIS Online or ArcGIS Enterprise? Is the feature service a hosted feature service or an ArcGIS Server feature service

I know you mentioned some records are not populating online does this mean not every user is reproducing the issue and the user(s) that are are seeing it inconsistently? 

For the folks who are seeing the issue would you be able to capture a diagnostic log when the behavior is reproduced?

The feature service is hosted and being submitted to ArcGIS Online.  Previously, all the records were showing all the answers in each field. I checked recently and noticed that all of the answers for some of the fields are not showing anymore until about a week ago when the new records started showing again for those fields. Anyone who views that feature service sees the same missing answers but what is weird is that the survey that is in the sent folder in the app is showing all of answers for the fields for all of the surveys new and old.
