'Portal Info Token' returning blank in Power Automate

Hi, 

I'm working within Power Automate to grab attachments and save to OneDrive. Unfortunately I don't have access to PA Premium so I can't use HTTP or the Get Attachments S123 widgets in there. 

As a workaround, I'm trying to assemble the URL as shown in @IsmaelChivite's post here: https://community.esri.com/t5/arcgis-survey123-blog/survey123-tricks-of-the-trade-working-with/ba-p/...

The Token won't populate and instead comes in blank when looking at the outputs: 

  "token"""
 
Some other troubleshooting - the Connection is working and active (I have other flows coming from this connection/survey no problem), and the Webhook within S123 has 'Portal Info' checked.
