Multiple Pick-Up Locations for One Organization

I have created a survey123 survey for food assistance services in my area (Building in Survey123 website). Some of these services have multiple locations for picking up food. Is there any way to have multiple maps within one survey, or would I have to geocode any additional locations? 

I am trying to make this as user friendly for the organizations as possible, rather than having them refill out a new survey for each locations.

You can put a geopoint inside of a repeat then that repeat will become a feature class.

Thank you! I was building it in the website, but bit the bullet and dabbled in survey123 connect. I think I have it sorted! It is much better for the user and for me! Thank you Doug!
