ArcGISRequestError: HTTP 504: UNKNOWN_ERROR for Survey123 generate report

None of the reports can be generated because of ArcGISRequestError: HTTP 504: UNKNOWN_ERROR for all of my surveys.

I am also having the same error today.  I am accessing the survey123 site and connecting to our Portal.  Everything has been working all week until today.  

Any advice?

Try to generate a report again. it is fixed now!!!. I generated a report 2 minutes ago.

Yep, I am having this issue. and my reports generated couple of days ago have appeared weirdly especially for tick box....(no tick appears)

I can confirm I was able to produce reports like normal this morning.

Hi ALL,

There was a security update to the Survey123 website on 7/29 PDT, the report service was interrupted for a period of time. Now it is fully recovered, also with performance improvements especially for a report contains many maps or images.
