Visual clipping leaving gaps

Hello!

I made this map in ArcPro, in which I visually clipped everything to a state outline (see images). I'm running into a problem with gaps between the state outline and the World Imagery layer. The gaps are there after exporting as well. When clipping, I am getting the error message shown in the second image, which I figure is where my problem lies, but I'm not finding any information on it when I google it.

Any ideas on how to fix the issue with the gaps?

Try making a featureclass in a file gdb and use it for the clipping to see if that fixes things
