Hi , I try to authorize my ArcGIS Pro with Single Use License, it says successful but the it's still marked as "No" in the Licenced column and it's grayed out, what's the problem?

You probably authorized ArcGIS Desktop license. Under the hood, ArcMap and ArcGIS Pro uses the same authorization application. You can authorize either licenses using the Software Authorization Wizard from either application. To verify what you've authorize, go back to ArcGIS Pro's Configure Authorization dialogue. Choose the option to Deauthorize. Follow the wizard, it will eventually list all the Single Use license to deauthorize. ArcMap licenses will display just the feature name (eg. Desktop Advanced). ArcGIS Pro licenses will include "Pro" (eg. ArcGIS Pro Advanced). If this is the case, you will need the authorization number for ArcGIS Pro which can be retrieve through MyEsri.

Seems i eventually resolved the issue by adding "ArcGIS Pro Advanced" Add-on license, and it works now

Hi Amnoy,
As i told you i enabled Pro thru addon license, but i just use Pro for a few days and it got expired.
btw, i bought the "ArcGIS for Personal Use" for period between 9/24/2019 and 9/23/2020.
So, i should be able to use Pro along the period between 9/24/2019 and 9/23/2020, right?
Another headache is, i stay in China, i bought the license thru web and pay to US Esri.
I called US Esri support and they say i'm not in US so they don't support me,
I called China Esri supuport and they say i didn't pay money to China so they also don't support me.
I have no way so just ask question here.
Can you or somebody help me out ? thank you in advance!

I would contact Customer Service. The representative should be able to assist with the matter. Technical Support would not have your licensing information. Hope that helps.

please help me how can i get 12-digit single license number
