I am trying to figure out why one of my web maps is unable to access the related table. When I open the webmap in the old map viewer, I see the "Show Related Records" at the bottom of the popup, however, when I open the same webmap in the new map viewer this does not exist.

I do have another webmap that contains a layer with a related table and it works just fine with the new map viewer.

I would really like to avoid re-creating the table/layers/relationship...

They said it is available for Enterprise 11.3? We are still at 10.9.1 and the only option is using Map Viewer classic which doesnt translate well when used in Dashboard. So I created a Spatial view and trying to do it that way.

We just upgraded our internal Portal from 11.1 to 11.3 and nothing has changed regarding related feature layers here. You still have to open Map Viewer Classic to see the related features in the popup and attribute table. However, we did just launch an external Portal at 11.4 and there is support for related features in the New Map Viewer in the attribute table (not popup). Just open up the table and scroll to the end to see the  relationship column(s). When you click the link it will open up a new table showing the related features records and editing is available.
