Query by hours or minutes somehow doesn’t work in ArcGIS Online but query by days still working. Test in ArcGIS Enterprise portal and all queries works as expective. The query by hours or minutes used to work in ArcGIS Online (in dashboard).
It seems like the query doesn't read hour and minutes from the date/time data. (ex: 12:30:15 pm instead it query 12:00:00 pm)
