I am using the ArcGIS Solution for the EPA lead and copper rule and when I look at the data in ArcGIS online I get these 'eyes' staring back at me when I zoom in. Does anyone know what is causing this or how to turn them off?
Solved! Go to Solution.
Those are the labels set on the layer with a visible scale range set. If you turn off labels they wont show up.

Thew colors on each side are based on the Utility side Status and the right color is the Customer side Status. The little black dot with white outline will turn on.off when the Customer or Utility verified is set to yes or no (no is "on"), so each side will turn on if they are not verified. No "pupils" will show up on verified sites.
