Blurry map in ArcGIS Online

Hi all,

I was pasting in an ArcGIS Pro project some geoTIFF map (US and some cities) with good quality none of them blurry. After that I published to ArcGIS Online (share as Web Map) extended with some feature layer. In the ArcGIS Online Map Viewer if I zoom to the cities map, the resolution will be very low, and the map very blurry. Can someone help what can be the solution for this problem?

Do you have this map set as the Basemap? otherwise it will be reprojected on the fly to match the default basemap (probably web mercator) and cause the blurriness/resampling etc. you describe.
