AGOL is still not behaving as it should. Corrupt feature services and access issues.

Can others weigh in on this topic please. ESRI Inc have announced that systems have been restored, but in the UK, our feature services are still not behaving properly.  Also, when trying to display the feature data from the item page, the fields tab shows table data and the table tab shows field map. What on earth is going on?

100%. Login issues seem to have been resolved but feature services are loading incredible slowly or not at all, and any Pro aprx containing a hosted feature layer is taking an AGE to open.

@RichardHowe I'm 50% relieved it's not just our account, and 50% livid that this has happened at all.

Ticket raised with ESRIUK. but the lack of a quality response from Inc is completely unacceptable. Clients with £millions in data at risk is a very bad look.

I've had to update our ticket with Esri to flag this David. Unfortunately the dashboard is suggesting all is well again. Out of interest are you on European or US data hosting?

Business Analyst is not loading any project data consistently, if at all, and I've just tried submitting a service problem report, and that is now not working properly... I pressed submit and the wheel of death is whirling around for a good 5 min now... I'm guessing it too is dead.

I'm guessing that Business Analyst not loading project features is also due to feature services issues.
It's not a very smooth update. Is it always like this? I'm tearing my hair out here.

EDIT: I'm based in the UK

@AnthonyJonesRSK Europe. That was also my first thought and then realised I have access to an org in EU and another in US.

Guess what, US working fine, EU not.

Thanks @David_Brooks, I'll mention that in my support case. Also in a bit of shameless self promotion well worth giving this idea a like!

We're also having loads of issues with our EU hosted AGOL instance.  I'm going to log a call with Esri UK Technical Support.  Fingers crossed they resolve the issues promptly.

Apologises to anyone that is still experiencing issues with the EU node but if you are can you please log a support case with your distributor, this is the best way to get updates and be kept informed of what is happening.

Webhooks stopped working. Something to do with "https://arcgis.com/sharing/rest/generateToken" not generating a token.

Unable to process template language expressions in action 'Generate_Server_Token' inputs at line '0' and column '0': 'The template language expression 'decodeUriComponent(first(triggerBody())['changesUrl'])' cannot be evaluated because property 'changesUrl' doesn't exist, available properties are 'name, orgId, serviceName, lastUpdatedTime, events'.

This was working fine Tuesday, stopped working Wednesday.
