Collection's feature service shows only a subset of metrics

Hey,

I am relatively new to ArcGIS Monitor.

I am running ArcGIS Monitor 2024.1.1 on Windows

I wanted to set-up a Dashboard for my end-users based on collection from my Portal.

That's why I've decided to set-up a feature service alongside my collection to hook it to the dashboard.

Unfortunately metrics in the feature service are only from last 12 hours, is there any option to extend this threshold?

Data in the metrics tab for Portal are of course greater than last 12 hours and I've expected the same in the service.

this limitation is applied on PostgreSQL level within metrics_data_view:

Why by the default it is limited so much?

With this actual restriciton the feature collection service is pointless for most use cases. There is already a ArcGIS Monitor idea to vote for 😉
