Hi guys,

I have installed an ArcGIS Monitor Agent on the ArcGIS Data Store spatiotemporal virtual machine and have login to ArcGIS Monitor and am trying to register the component.

I have obtained the username and password using the command line listadminusers but keep getting the following error when registering the component:

Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'db.port')

Any ideas on how to fix this?

Thanks,

Jose De Sousa

Hi @dimesv,.

I have installed an ArcGIS Monitor Agent on the ArcGIS Data Store spatiotemporal virtual machine and have login to ArcGIS Monitor and am trying to register the component.

ArcGIS Monitor does not support collecting metrics on the ArcGIS spatiotemporal Data Store. It only supports collecting metrics on the ArcGIS relational Data Store.

See help topic, Register ArcGIS Data Store

Hope this helps,

Hi @HarunJoeVellikkara

Currently ArcGIS Monitor only supports collecting metrics on the ArcGIS Data Store (relational). It does not support the TileCache Data Store. Sorry.

Please post a feature enhancement on the ArcGIS Monitor Ideas forum

Hope this helps,
