At 2023.3.1, I didn't have any issues registering my Portal.  However at 2024.0 I receive an Unable to Generate Token error when registering through the component discovery.  I have confirm that I am using an administrator account.  Note that this is an HA portal and I have attempted this with two different HA portals.

Hello @GeoJosh ,

The bug page says it is fixed but when I go to downloads on my.esri.com I do not see a patch. Please let me know the ETA on this patch.

Thanks,

Haritha

@HarithaVendra, Development work has just finished on the patch. It will be released in mid-October.

Hi @GeoJosh ,

I have installed the newer version 2024.0.1 in my.esri. However, I am still encountering the error "Unable to generate the token" when trying to register the portal for the ArcGIS component. For your information, my environment is a non-HA-distributed environment with all the ArcGIS components on Linux and the ArcGIS monitor server on Windows OS. I'm wondering if the issue has been resolved in version 2024.0.1.

Thanks

Ayush

@AYUSHYADAV I also have Portal installed on Linux servers and get the same message, however we have another Portal on Windows that was able to be added with no issues, so I am thinking this is possibly limited to Linux portals.  I have Monitor installed on a Linux server, 2024.0.1 is not available yet for Linux, but plan to install and test once it is.

@AYUSHYADAV,

Have you upgraded both ArcGIS Monitor Server and Agent? This may require a deeper look into your environment. Please submit a new case with Esri Technical Support.

Hi @GeoJosh,

We will begin installing ArcGIS Monitor 2024.0 for Linux in a few days.

What do we need to do to get 2024.0.1?

Thank you,

Gerson.
