StreamLayer and ObjectId

Hi there,

I am consuming a StreamLayer generated by the GEP. As the features are created without an ObjectId in the GEP I am running into some issues in the UI. Namely I cannot search or these features using selectFeatures or queryFeautres. I see that the layer has an objectIdField property, however setting this to a field matching the layer definition does not improve the situation with respect to search or query.

Any suggestions most welcomed.

Did anyone ever figure anything out with this?  I'm wanting to delete old features based on TrackId using the StreamLayer JavaScript API and without the ObjectId, I can not delete the old features.  Any ideas?

Not sure if this would help with querying your StreamLayer data, but I did get a work around for StreamLayer from ESRI to be able to delete old features with the same TrackId.  I'll attach their example.
