Don't know if I'd call this a bug, but wanted the JavaScript team to be aware of it if they weren't already.

Setup
1. Create a webmap that has two feature layers layer A and layer B
2. Create an ExB app that uses that webmap and includes editing and snapping tools
3. Configure A to snap to B, verify that in ExB you can edit a feature in A and it snaps to B

Scenario
1. Open your ExB app in two different browsers X and Y (two sessions)
2. In session X confirm that you can edit a feature in A and it snaps to B features
3. In Y create a new feature in feature layer B
4. In X zoom in / zoom out to have the new feature in layer B feature show up that was created in session Y (it does)
5. In session X edit a feature in A ... it will snap to features in B, but NOT to the newly added feature in B from session Y

Caused some confusion because the feature is partially there and visible, but isn't fully partic
