What exactly is your question? I have seen members of ESRI's ArcGIS API for Javascript team around on this forum, so the the best thing you could do is post your issue here. In this way they will be able to help. And maybe other community members can also shed their light on your question.

Thanks Egge-Jan. We have been working on a visualization tool for Novel Coronaviurs (2019-nCoV) Surveillance Data

using an older version of ESRI API for Javascript (2019-nCoV Surveillance Dashboard). It's currently on beta release and we would like to share this with ESRI staff (and community) and potentially get some technical support from ESRI.
