Generate GeoPackge from WFS

How I can generate GeoPackge from WFS, I already searched on google and didn't find something useful .

for example, I want to convert this WFS layer as GeoPackge (i mean I want this as .gpkg file)

You can do the conversion in ArcGIS Pro and/or Python but I'm not sure this is doable in JavaScript.
