The layerlist widget is great...however, when using it in mobile form and trying to scroll up or down through the layers, if re-ordering is enabled, it drags the layers around rather than scrolling. There is a *Really* narrow strip on the left side that will allow you to scroll however it's not really known.
It would be great if there were some sort of re-order handle and/or gesture (long press for example) to initiate the re-ordering of the layers.
